Agreed criteria
Acceptance criteria we agree and sign up front, so both sides know what success looks like.
A named sponsor
One owner on your side who can decide on the next step.
A fixed time-box
A set start and end date, with a clear path to production if it works.
Limited places
We run a small number of pilots at a time, so each one gets our full attention.
