Why we build
We saw the same pattern at our clients.
AI arrives through individuals first: someone signs up, finds it useful, and tells a colleague. IT is asked to govern it later, usually when finance or audit starts asking questions.
So we build for both ends. Legwork helps each person get more from the AI they already use. Marshal gives the organization one view of who uses which AI, for what, and at what cost.
Our implementation team is the same team that has run our clients' systems for years.
